Excessive moisture and subsidence can be major problems for a wide range of sectors: agriculture, construction, forestry, mining, research, and more. Consequently, monitoring them is very important.
However, carrying out this monitoring can be quite complex in some cases – after all, traditional models face several obstacles depending on the specifics. A terrain can present various challenges, for example, if it is analyzed with more conservative equipment that depends on human strength.
With the radar created by Radaz – the only one in the world that has the technology –, not only is any analysis possible, but the time and cost of such an operation can be reduced by 10x to 100x.
That's what we did for the company Surveyar (research and development), in the UK. They needed to take three measurements: moisture, subsidence, and even the number of beaver nests in a given area.
With our radar, they obtained these results with an investment extremely lower than they would have had through the other existing alternative for carrying out the work. In addition, it was faster, which contributed to the company's needs.
Basically, we used our technology and innovation to help Surveyar make the impossible possible – and best of all, within budget and on time.
